Celebration of life will be 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at Faith Memorial Gardens, Rogers Road, Darlington, S.C. 29532
Public viewing will be 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at the funeral home.
Life Reflections
Mr. Kealan Larond Coe was born in Darlington, South Carolina on June 16, 1975. A son of Ms. Saundra J. Bacote and the late James Robert Coe. He gained his Heavenly wings on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence, South Carolina
Kealan received his formal education in the Darlington County Public School Systems. He was a 1993 graduate of Mayo High School. Kealan furthered his education at Florence - Darlington Technical College.
Kealan was gainfully employed through several jobs before his health decline.
He was proceeded in death by his brother, Marlon Jermaine Coe, maternal grandmother Victoria Gee Bacote, maternal grandfather, James Franklin Bacote Sr., paternal grandmother, Nellie Mae Coe Slater, paternal grandfather James Robert Coe Sr., maternal uncles, Robert Lee Bacote, David Wendell Bacote, Wendell Abraham, and Larry Abraham, paternal uncle Johnny Bernard Slater and a paternal aunt Patricia Ann Coe.
Those left to cherish his memories are: his mother Saundra J. Bacote of the home; one daughter, Jasmine Keana Coe of Laurinburg North Carolina; the love of his life Barbara Porter of Marion, South Carolina; an adopted brother, Michael Martin of Florence, South Carolina; two uncles, James Franklin (Mildred) Bacote of Baltimore, Maryland, Charles Mark Slater of Jacksonville, North Carolina; four aunts Gwendolyn Smalls and Annie Mae Harrison both of Darlington South Carolina, Loretta S. (Levern) Peoples of Florence, South Carolina. and Jacqueline A. Jones of Jacksonville, North Carolina; special people that shared his life, Rosa Lee McDonald, Carla James, Patricia Williams, Patricia Rouse, Louise Player, Georgia Harrison, all of Darlington, South Carolina, Patricia Chapman and Andrew Sansbury both of Columbia South Carolina and a host relatives & friend.
