Ms. Shecorah Smith Parker

Ms. Shecorah Smith Parker peacefully transitioned Saturday, December 10, 2022, at her residence. 

The family will be receiving friends at 108 Coker Street, Darlington, S.C. 29532, and 616 Brookwood Circle, Darlington, S.C. 29540

Celebration of life will be 12:00 p.m. Saturday, December 17, 2022, at Faith Memorial Gardens, Rogers Road, Darlington, S.C. 29532

Public viewing will be 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Friday, December 16, 2022, at the funeral home.

Shecorah Smith, most well known as “COCO”, was born October 5, 1991, to Mamie S. Rouse and Codova L Smith. She departed this life on Saturday, December 10, 2022, at her residence.

 Coco received her education in Darlington County School District. She worked many jobs but the one she's most remembered for is Wendy's of Darlington, SC. 

Coco loved life and she lived it to the fullest.  She loved dancing and spending time with family and friends. She was also known for helping anyone she could and for her fast talking. 

Those left to cherish her memories are: her parents, Mamie S. Rouse and Codova (Theresa E.) Smith of Darlington, SC; three daughters, Bry'lasia S. Thomas, Nevaeh A. Thomas, and Eriyana S. Brunson; one sister Julia M. Rouse; one niece, Ja'Meira L. Bell all of Darlington, SC; paternal grandparents Frances Smith (who helped raise her) of Darlington, SC and Jimmie (Phyllistine) Williams of Darlington, SC; a maternal embraced grandmother Romell Rouse; five uncles, Arvin Smith of Columbia SC, Brandon (Shetecca) Williams, James (Toyoka) Rouse of Latta SC, William (Ruth Ann) Rouse of Darlington, SC, Lavern (Aleithia) Gardner of Suffolk VA; an aunt, Jazmine Williams of Florence, SC; a host of great aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends that will all miss her dearly. She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents James Rouse Jr., Julene Rouse, and an aunt Carla Thomas.
