Trustee Leverne Covington

Trustee Leverne Covington peacefully transitioned on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at his residence with his loving family by his side. 

The family will receive friends at 1212 Society Hill Rd., Darlington, SC 29540 during the hours of 4:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Additional parking is available at 1217 Society Hill Rd., Darlington, SC 29540.

Celebration of life for Trustee Covington will be 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 16, 2026 at Mt. Rona Missionary Baptist Church, 245 Lumber Rd., Society Hill, SC 29593. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. 

Public viewing will be 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at the funeral home.
